What are the conditions and warranty period of the product?
All Crown products have a one-year service guarantee, the general description of the warranty rules is as follows:
- According to the common procedure of the instrument market and similar to all brands in this field, the warranty is valid for one time during 12 months.
- The validity of the warranty card is related to the completion of the date and the insertion of the store’s seal by the seller.
- هر گونه تعمیر یا بازکردن دستگاه توسط افراد غیرمجاز باعث ابطال کارت گارانتی می شود.
- خرابی های ناشی از استفاده از لوازم جانبی غیر استاندارد روی دستگاه جزو موارد استفاده ی غیر اصولی بوده و شامل گارانتی نمی شود.
- هرگونه خرابی و شکستگی پوسته و قسمت های بدنه ی دستگاه شامل گارانتی نمی شود.
- قطعات مصرفی از جمله زغال، کابل، بلبرینگ و … شامل گارانتی نمی شود.
- در دستگاه های شارژی، باتری و شارژر شامل گارانتی نمی شود.
